School - Crying

You stopped crying!! Alhamdulillah! Thank you Allah! No more tears when I leave you in school every morning. You stopped crying on 27 March 2012. Before that you have been crying on most days ever since the 5th day of school. What a horrific time for you and for me! Mama daripada kesian dah jadi geram and then marah and then back to kesian. I didn't know what to do! There didn't seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel. I couldn't see the end of the tunnel. Then suddenly, I guess you decided that you didn't want to cry anymore. So roughly it was a 9 week period (minus the holidays) of stress and tears and bribes and rewards and CRAZYYYYY time for both of us. I was worried that you were being bullied at school but when I asked you why were you crying - you said "Rindu Mama". You even told the prefects at school that you missed me when they asked you why you were crying. I hope and I pray that you continue to be strong and no longer feel the need to cry. I pray every day that you are safe, blessed, protected and happy learning at school. That you will have good friends to keep you company.

The picture above reminds me of you crying. Suffice to say I did not take a photo of you crying. It just breaks my heart leaving you in school in tears. You didn't bawl or anything like that. More like really sad tears. You always start crying when its time to say good bye to me.

Now when I asked you whether you missed me at school, you say no. Phew!

Nowadays, when we meet after school at the seating station - you always want to go the canteen and buy something or when there's nothing you want at the canteen, you will want to take me around the school and show me the pond, the computer lab, where the nurse taught your class how to brush your teeth, the bamboo tree, the flamingo and the frog statue at the pond - each one on separate days.
