Yoda's ears are huge and when I saw them while Bak was washing him, I instantly thought of Yoda.

27 July 2016, Bak went for a run at 5am and came back at 6 am with a tiny kitten and woke us up by saying.."bangun..bangun, I selamatkan kucing...."

Well...cat no 3 then.

School

School is hard. It's tough. But i persevered and i made it through. You can do it Wen. You can.

Moved!

Well, its been almost a month and a half since we moved to Cyberjaya. I haven't had the chance to write it all down. Its been hectic, crazy, exhausting and back breaking exercise. Literally, my back hurts from packingvto unpacking all our stuff!! So many stuff. It's a topic worthy of its own blog entry - will write about that later.

Arwen khatam Quran 9 April 2016

Alhamdulillah, you managed to finish the whole Quran just before we moved to Cyberjaya. Syukur syukur. So much 'blood, sweat and tears' went into this process from you starting Iqra when you were in standard 2 and khatam Quran at the beginning of standard 5. About 3.25 years. Cikgu Ros had a small ceremony for you on 9 April 2016. We had moved already by then. I am so proud of you. I duaa you will continue to learn and read the Quran your entire life. It is the most important book in our lives actually.

Counting Down

LThis is it! Our last Sunday night in our kota damansara house. This is our last week here because by next Monday, you start school in Cyberjaya. I pray that you adjust well and quick in your new school. I pray that you'll be happy in school, do well in your studies, have great friends, great teachers and a wonderful school experience. Better than SkTTDI1. Oh Allah, please give us your blessings in this next stage of our lives. Our new adventure is about to begin and we seek your blessings and protection, always. 

Letting go of stuff -Feb-March 2016

It's not easy for me to let go of stuff but at the same time I know it's just stuff. It's weighing me down and cluttering up my house. So with the big move coming up, it pushes me out of my comfort zone and forces me to let go of a lot of things!!

I just took out all your baby clothes and your pram and I gave them away after keeping them for 10 years!! I was keeping them for your sibling but fate would have it that I won't be having any baby after you. After the miscarriage and after years of trying, i just could not bring myself to look at your baby stuff but now I have and I have let go most of it! I gave your pram to Atlas when he came here last month. Your pram is now in Krabi! Some clothes I gave away to Azra and Alisya and some was donated. I still keep some of the nicer clothes, the jogger pram and your baby high chair are still here with us!!
