It is still the CNY school holidays but we went to school office to handle some matters re your school transfer and we visited your classroom. It is sad that we are leaving the school but here's praying for better things to come.

Kota Damansara House Sold! 4 feb 2016

We finally got it! Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. I prayed for this day to come for so long. It is a joyous day for us. Bak picked it up from the lawyer's office but we didn't notice that the lawyer wrote the wrong year on the cheque! But it's ok-we had that sorted out. It was a slightly more than a year for the entire process. We are very fortunate. Some people take years to sell the house. It was a crazy year though for Bak and I. We had to do so much. Deadlines to meet. Following up with various people. Lawyers, developer, agents, banks, land office. The timing were crazy too because we were selling the KD house and buying the Symphony Hills at about the same time. The buying of the new house kinda depends on the selling of the old house. Then renovations was ongoing at the same time and we had to go to so many home exhibitions to get the necessary items for the renovations. We also had to make some repairs to the old house before handing over to the owner. Then, there was the matter of handling the process of your change of school. It was a hectic year! Looking back, it seems so surreal. By Allah's grace, we made it through. Syukur Alhamdulillah!

30 may 2015- signed selling kd house spa

24 june 2015 - housing loan application approved

8 july 2015 - consent application submitted

11 july 2015 - signed public bank housing loan offer letter

24 july 2015 - signed spa symphony hills and housing loan agreement

13 aug 2015 - land office called

1 oct 2015 - received email fr lawyer that consent obtained. Land office letter dd 17/9/15

16 oct 15 Housing loan disbursed.

23 oct 2015 - bai took possession of symphony hills house.

31/12/15 - ctbank loan settled

1/2/16 - our lawyer received bal of payment

5/2/16 - bai picked up rm353k cheque from lawyer.
