Cat names

September 2014 - this was the list of cat names you came up with just before we got the cat. 

Simon and Cleo

First there was Simon, the stray little ginger kitten we found at our street, right in front of our house. He seemed healthy enough, playful, happy except for the fungus on his body and lack of fur. Unfortunately, we only had 2 and a half weeks with him. We rescued him on 6 Sep 2014 and he died so suddenly on the 24 Sept 2014. We were so sad. You cried so terribly that Bak searched online for a new kitten immediately.

That was how Cleo came to be with our family. We got Cleo on 25th Sept 2014. She was 3 months old at that time. I hope she'll grow up healthy and happy with us. We still miss little Simon and we get sad whenever we talk about him. Oh and you asked for me to make a video of Simon so that you can remember him. I'll try to make that as soon as possible okay darling?

 

Sabar

There are times that the world does not make sense and everything around you is crazyyyyy and you feel like everything is against you. You feel tired, exhausted just totally weary and spent. You almost feel like you just want to stop. These are the times that we must persevere, get up, get dressed no matter what. No matter how terrible the world is, show up and pray for better things to come.

School

I wish our house and your school are near to one another. Seriously, sometimes the travelling to and from skttdi1 just tires me out.

It was one of the only time you went to school on a Saturday. It was a sekolah ganti day but the school had a Raya celebration. I came to pick you up and you were in class at that time.

Port Dickson International Triathlon 9 -10 Aug 2014

You and Bak did it! You guys finished the triathlon. A first for the both of you. I am so proud of you and bak.

Selamat Hari Raya 2014 (1435 Hijrah)

After sembahyang sunat Aidilfitri at Masjid UTM near Tok Bak's house.

Hari Raya was on 28 July 2014. For the first time ever you and I went to perform the sembahyang sunat aidilfitri. Both of us slept over at Tok Bak's house on Raya eve so that is why we made it to the prayers. Usually we'd be late by the time we reach Tok Bak's house in the morning or sometimes we go to Tok's house on Raya morning and then to Tok Bak's house at noon. Anyway, I'm glad we finally made it this year! Alhamdulillah. This is also my first Raya wearing the Hijab! Double Alhamdulillah!
